As you can see that there is a lot more information, hat has been assembled by other hard working genealogists, than I listed to you in my own genealogy tree. Plus, there is a lot of back ground information surrounding some of their lives. There is a lot more information, particularly about other Frances Louise Lybrand siblings and children, that I'll put together for you. I think that you did an excellent job updating the website, 'm going to email my family with the link. As far as immigration data for Johann Konrad Leibbrand, page 9 of the document enclosed mentions his son Conrad and his name change in Philadelphia, PA. Thank you, Colin Mack Here is an email I received from Joann Wesson at JDWGAUL@aol.com. Here we go! : Frances Ranney Lybrand b. 9/1/1895 George Hardman " b.10/15/1897 Mary Louise " b.11/2/1899 (Louise) Eleanor Grace " b. 12/4/1901 (Grace) Agnes Elizabeth " b. 3/21/1904 Alice Gertrude " b.10/29/1910 Their parents were Ella Frances Hardman b.10/22/1865 Cranston, RI ( daughter of George Hardman and Mary A. McAuliffe) and Charles Albert Lybrand b.8/6/1865 Delaware, Charles Albert Lybrand was the son of Sarah Frances Ranney b. 9/28/1846 Delaware, OH and Charles Lewis Lybrand b.9/16/1837 Chillicothe, OH., his parents were Archibald Lybrand and Jemima Guy. [ Charles Lewis Lybrand was a Captain of Company I, 46th Reg. of Ohio volunteers. He died 9/16/1875 of a disease contracted while in the army. Sarah Frances (called Frances, I believe), his widow, worked as an assistant examiner for the Patent Office in Washington D.C. I have a book published in 1904-ish, from my grandmother, that takes the Ranney family back another 7 generations or so. If you'd like that info, just let me know. Off the top of my head...some tidbits: I don't remember hearing the names of Frances or George... my grandmother was Louise (died in 1975 or 76)...I knew Grace, and her husband Tom, as a child (though I don't remember their last name)-I was told they managed the Eastern Point Yacht Club in Gloucester MA for a while in the 1940's ... My dad used to correspond w/ a cousin, Pat (female), but I have no clue whose daughter she was. My dad grew up in Lowell, was born in 1926...his name was Robert Lybrand Wesson... he was an only child...he died in 1994. Hope this is somewhat helpful! Joann Colin Mack Ancestry File.doc
